Fire, steam, repeat.
Heat in the garden, cold a few steps on, and a gym that earns the name.

The cedar sauna
A cedar sauna in the garden, warm and waiting by the time the light goes. Switch it on when you arrive and it holds the evening; the glass front faces the plunge, so the whole rotation is a few steps wide.

The cold plunge
A few steps from the sauna door, out on the lawn. It is the part of the ritual that wakes you all the way up — heat, then cold, and the contrast does the work.
The gym is a real one
Dumbbells to seventy-five pounds, competition kettlebells, a bench, a plyo box, jump ropes, and yoga mats, under a colour-changing light. Not a token rack — enough to train properly without leaving the house.

Heat until you have had enough, then cold until you have had enough, and again. Three rounds is plenty; one is a start. Finish warm or finish cold — that part is yours.
The lighting shifts through the evening, the discipline is up to you.
- The sauna, plunge, and gym are yours alone for the stay — no booking, no sharing, no set hours.
- Switch the sauna on when you arrive so it is ready when the light goes.
- Everything sits a few steps from the back door, on the garden level.
